PLSQL Backward Compatibility and Precompilers

Hi All,

From Oracle 9i document:

PLSQL_V2_COMPATIBILITY backward compatibility behavior is available in the precompiler environment by setting the DBMS precompiler command line option as follows:

... DBMS=Oracle7

Can someone show me how to get into DBMS precompiler command line and set DBMS=Oracle7
