Thank you everyone for helping me making the connection between 9i to
8. I realized that I did not have my net service name in my oracle 8
server pc. After I use the net8 easy config to config one then I can
make the connection.
Still a kind of strange? I don't remember if I ever created a service name in 9i. I only made on service name in net8 and than I can connect to 9i. Mybe there is a version difference.
