OEM - The test: ... may not have been installed.

After my last dumb question, I'm almost afraid to show my face again . . . the operative word being "almost"!

I have a working OEM setup. Registered a bunch of events with e-mail alerts. Every few days or so I get an alert, so I assume (oops, there's that word again!) that everything is essentially healthy with the OEM.

The other day, while trying to work out a problem with a new node, I tried opening a previously registered event, and got this response:

"The test: oracle/rdbms/fault/alert may not have been installed. Cannot proceed with current operation."
