I would certainly hope you can since I followed the instructions for doing such an upgrade in the Oracle 9.2.0.1 documentation.

I know that Oracle 9iR2 client will not connect to a 7.3.4 server. That support ended after 9.0.1 apparently. Received on Fri Mar 07 2003 - 10:42:00 CST
