Just to give you an idea ( I did it yesterday ...)
Export/import from EE 8.1.7.0. to EE 8.1.7.0 / Win200 Adv. / Compaq DL380
USER/INDEX space is around 45GB (PCTFREE 1% !) and the dump file size is 20GB. 
I think but I am not sure Import on 8 or 9 will take very similar time.



Export: 1 hour


Import: 5 hours


Full Statistics: 5 hours.
