Might I request that you take this off-line if you choose to continue it.

This thread has degenerated to non-Oracle issues thanks to your refusal to gracefully accept Howard's attempt to make one simple point with respect to 9i and P4. That he may or may not address your specific issue is not a concern as no one is paid to be here and address anything. If you don't like an answer ... ignore it and move on.
