logon problem to database in OEM - ORA-01017

Hi,


I work with Oracle Enterprise Manager 9.0.1.0.0 and a local database.
The logon to database as user system (as NORMAL) works but don't work
with sys (as SYSDBA). I get ORA-01017 inavlid username...
When I use SQLPLUS (conn sys/<pwd>@<sid>) it works.



Any idea?
