It is NOT possible.
Think of it: are the datafile headers likely in sync with the rest of your database? NO
Does Oracle know how to retrieve dictionary information from the datafiles? No, unless you are willing to pay for an Oracle rep bringing in DUL and even in that case you won't get meaningful column names.
If you would have them as export: YES, or in TRANSPORTABLE TABLESPACE format YES. All other scenarios: Big NO NOs
