Hi!

Are you using text format for both of them or are the custom ones PDF or smth else?

First, you should check the differences between a working and not working report requests.
If you don't see any difference, then you could just try to copy one standard report request to another name.

Then try if reprinting works. If it does, then replace the standard report name with your custom report name.
Then try if reptinting works.

And don't crosspost. Post Apps related messages to... er... Daniel?
