How to find out which patches are installed

Hi there.



I had to take over a series of Oracle databases. The problem is there is 
no documentation ... One point I have to take care is that all needed 
patches are installed ... the systems are 8.0.6 and 8.1.7 ... how do I 
find out which patches are installed?
