If you did not change listener usual IP ports it is 1521, but if both your PC and server are behind the firewall it should not be a problem if they are on the same switch/hub. It would be if you have the firewall in between without opening 1521 port of course. Dispatchers are used only for MTS configured servers, that's beyond the point. If the only modification in your system is that firewall, try open 1521 ports in both direction on it.
