just incase you are trying to blame Linux, or Oracle 9i, I am working
with a Windows 2000 server, and the Oracle 8.1.6 database config asst.
gave me the same message. I saved it as a script (since the swap file
can't be bigger than the 4095MB it already is), and ran it. This seemed
to work for me.
