installation problem oracle 9i

Hi. I have windows xp and I want to install oracle 9i. When I Click on
begin installation,  appears an error message like this:



the java runtime environment was not found at
C:\docume~1\Guest\impost~1\temp\orainstall2003-02-13_06-50-05pm\jre\bin\javaw.exe
hence the the oracle universal installer cannot be run.



but I installed J2SDK_1_3_1_05 on my pc.
What can I do?
