Defragmenting Oracle files on Win2k

Has anyone had any experience using the Win2k disk defragmenter on Oracle datafiles? Did you see any performance gains by defragmenting the Oracle's datafiles at the O/S level? Do you think it would be worth the time spent defragmenting 30g worth of datafiles?
