Oracle RAC on Linux (Dell platform) using OCFS file system. I'd like to use snapshot technology and want a seperate backup server. I am trying to work out the technicalities of this.

I have had a search and RH Advanced Server 2.1 is a requirement for OCFS but is that all or does OCFS need to be accessed by a server in a RAC setup?

Maybe you can mount the snapshot as an NFS partition?

Can anyone advise please.
