 Hi there

 It seems like it would be helpful to know which particular process crashes.
If it is oracle.exe, then IMO you're just pretty much out of luck. If this is not a common problem with a known solution (do an extensive search on Metalink), then a fresh reinstall of everything will be the most cost effective option since troubleshooting in the absence of any pointers is very difficult and time consuming. You may have faulty hardware and then even a reinstall won't help. There might be some programs out there that could stress load your hardware and see if it stable under heavy memory/IO loads.

 Once I've seen a support guy replacing pretty much all hardware components until the problem was found in the CPU board.
