Dynamic update of cursor records

Hi!

I have a requirement such that:
* A set of records from a particular table are selected by a cursor

• While processesing the current row of the cursor, the table is updated. This update will affect the as yet unprocessed rows in the cursor.
• These changes need to be reflected in the cursor rows, when we fetch those rows.

How do we make this happen?
