Make a full database export using the V8.1.7 export utility, making a
client/server connection to the V9.2 database.
Then use V8.1.7 import to import in V8.1.7 database.
Use exp help=y and imp help=y or read the Utility Guide on tahiti.oracle.com
for details on the usage of exp/imp.
