Just for grins, I did a search for various O/S on CERT (http://www.cert.org). The numbers are (I did *not* look thru all hits to see which were more or less "bad"):
Search for 'windows' produced 853 hits
Search for 'linux' produced 752 hits
Search for 'solaris' produced 486 hits
Search for 'hp-ux' produced 241 hits
Search for 'oracle' produced 214 hits
Search for 'sybase' produced zero hits
Search for 'sql server' produced 2,199 hits
