ops 815 64bit on tru64unix, with devloper clients

hello, i need your help.

i have two digital 4100 server to build a cluster(RA3000),  every node has two cpu, 3G memory,& 1.6gb of SGA and about network:
lan0 for client connect
lan1 for heartbeat
memory channel for synchronization

Problem : Database is freez for 5 to 10 minute during this period clients can not connect to the oracle server, not only from applications but also using sql*plus. the connecting will keep 5 to 10 minitues, then it connected. once connected, then all will be good. once it happened,
then it will happen more and more often.

log messages in the error period:
