Yes, Visio can connect to *any* ODBC-compliant database (Oracle, Sybase, whatever) and "automatically" draw a diagram. If you have a very large schema (lots of tables), you'll have to do quite a bit of juggling to make your drawing readable (but you have to do that no matter what ERD tool you're using). With the high-end, high-priced Visio Studio for Enterprise Architects, you can change the model and forward engineer it as well. Received on Fri Jan 24 2003 - 10:49:25 CST
