Hi,
I am running oracle 8.1.7.4 on AIX 3.4. I have primary database running on host A, and a standby database running on host B. I am trying to run a managed recovery mode.

Everything seems to work fine, but I need to close the connection to the Unix host. The problem is that the sql*plus command: RECOVER MANAGED STANDBY DATABASE;
does not give me the oppertunety to do this :( I do not get the promp back. cntr+c aborts the recovery mode.

Does somebody knows how to do this? (I have to take my laptop with me home! :)

regard Hanne
