Ok, is there anything GOOD about the Sql Server?



The article is maybe all truth but looks biased.



And why did you decide to compare Oracle with Sql Server in the first place?



Compare it with Postgres, that will be more interesting.  At least it is
cross-platform, has read consistency and is free.
