Probably none. Thing is: I've seen cases of corrupted tablespaces when using LMT and vanilla 8.1.7.0. In one case we lost the entire database...

8.1.7.3 or 8.1.7.4 is the latest patch level for 8.1.7. So, as a "warm fuzzy feeling" thing, I'd install the latest level of patches and be done with it.

These also fix a number of other problems I've been having with using REF CURSORS with SELECT ... from TABLE(CAST() AS TYPE), so there! :D
