I have checked the logs....nothing that I can see.

I have checked omsconfig.properties but it doesn't seem to store anything but repository access info. Is there another file you were referring to? There is a table in the repository that is for preferred credentials but that looked okay.

I also remember having simliar problems a few years ago but can't remember what it was. I don't have metalink access right now so can't check up on it. Anyone have any other ideas?
