Yeah, but this isn't business no? It's to do with employment, careers, etc.

That's now that there is a glut. Give it another four or five years and there won't be. Then it's gonna get funny. I'm dying to see what "shift" we'll get then. Probably that crap called .NET...

Narh! The middle management layers are all still there. What they purged was the "colleagues". What *needs* to be purged are the middle management layers that agreed with all that bull a few years ago!
