Ahh, I love doing interviews.

I always ask the DBA if they know how to take a dump . . .


Anyway, that is an intriguing idea about Government-sponsored certification.

Here is the USA, certification bodies require a Graduate College Degree for

1 - Bar certification (law)
2 - Medical certification (board certified MD) 3 – Engineering (Civil and EE)

Can you imagine the brouhaha if Oracle Corporation required OCPs to have a formal education?
