jrew.exe has generated errors...

I tried to use the Net8 Configuration Assistant to create a Listener for the VIS database on port 1521. I selected all the default options, changing only the name to VISLISTENER.

The result was an error message as follows:

"jrew.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows". "You will need to restart the program". "An error log is being generated."

Any ideas where the generated log file is created and/or what it is called, or why this problem occurs (consistently)?
