Download AIX installation PDF doc from
http://otn.oracle.com/docs/products/oracle9i/content.html. This covers other flavors of Unix beside AIX.

Read thru chapter 2 section "Installation Requirements". You would need to install certian libraries if not already present e.g. math library etc. You would also have to download and install certain patches from IBM website as listed in the install doc.
