If you started a new job in a new company knowing you were an Oracle expert
and also knowing that within two hours of looking at their set up, obviously
Oracle based, you could see how bad it was, do you blame the people already
in the company who set it up or blame the software ifself.



I know who I'd blame, and I would stand on very firm ground.
