This is your problem.
Evidently control01.ctl is corrupt, but of course you should verify that using the error message lookup at http://tahiti.oracle.com (you are kindly requested to look up errors *before* posting) Other than looking up the error myself, the suggestion would be to check whether all the controlfiles are of the same size and don't satisfy the multiple of a block requirement. If control01 is the only one affected, simply copy one of the others over control01
