I would go ahead and add more to the large area pool. That is less than a meg of memory, if you are saying that correctly, 800,000. Rman is going to need a lot more than less a meg of memory. I would try at least 10mg (10000000) or higher actually. If certain processes can't get enough memory from the large_pool it will fail.
