Indexfile Question

I did an import with indexfile=<filename> to obtain the index creation statements. Then I preformed the import with indexes=n to create the tables and load the data without creating the indexes. My question now is, how do I run the indexfile. It seems to connect with each schema name and then create the indexes for that schema. Do I have to know the password for every schema(userid)?
