just "Wait ..." msg is seen ... and do nothing...

Hi all.
I wanna install oracle8i 8.1.7 on Redhat7.3 I created all required groups(oinstall, dba, oper) and user(oracle) , editted .bash_profile with all required envirenment variables and I installed jdk118_v3 and made the java link

but when I execute ./runInstaller in /usr/src/Disk1 It just says "~~~ java virtual machine ~~~../stage/~~~ Wait Please..."
