OEM notification problem

Platform: OEM 2.2; Win2k; Oracle 8.1.7

Here's an odd one. Starting to set up OEM. I created two additional EOM super-admins, one for myself and one for my partner. Configured SNMP. Configured the two admins with our respective e-mail addresses. Test msgs received in our mailboxes just fine. That was yesterday (Tue, Dec. 3)

This morning (Wed, Dec 4) I decided to try to send msgs to our pagers. The OEM server does not have any phone line access, BUT . . . our pager service will handle e-mail msg -- our pagers have their own email address for text msgs. So I changed the e-mail destination address in the OEM admins and sent one test page to each. I received mine on my pager. My partner recevied his on his pager. A few minutes later he got another one. And again. So far he has received a total of 6 OEM test msgs on his pager, even though I only sent one. And when we started taking a closer look at them, the timestamp in the msg body was from 2:00 this morning -- well before I even knew how to direct them to the pager address.

Ideas?
