What an enlightened comment. In your opinion jsut about every CFO and CIO of just about every major corporation in the world is too big a fool to be able to handle the purchase of major RDBMS systems.

Maybe I'm wrong but somehow I expect that they might have reason to disagree with you.

Perhaps posting your current employment position, and employment history, would help us decide who is more likely to be able to view the big picture and calculate an ROI.
