Hi,

Try this simple method.
1. Create identical directory structure for Oracle database as in your source server.
2. Cleanly shutdown your source database. 3. Transfer all your datafiles,controlfiles,redo log files,initiallization parameter files to the identical new location. 4. startup your new database
