AFAIK there is no limitation - the safest size however is 2GB - I have
encountered many problems with the larger datafiles, especially with
resizing...


(Oracle bugs on Windows platforms, problems with addressing datafiles by
Windows etc.)


So my advice is - stick to maximum 2GB datafiles and you will be on the safe
side...
