Hi everyone,


    is there anyone who would know where in the data dictionary is the
last password change date stored for each user? My manager wants to
know the users who have not changed their passwords in a long time.
Running Oracle 8.1.6 (EE). In case it's relevant, there is no password
policy implemented in the user profiles.
