Hi Howard and all,

This is truly hilarious !!

Although I'm accused of promoting the "Mainman" occasionally, sometimes I only do so subconsciously (sometimes ;)

Being English born and bred, the term "hunky dory", an English slang for "fine" or "OK" and the such, is a term I regularly use. So I don't really give it a second thought.

However, "Hunky Dory" happens to be the title of David Bowie's masterpiece album from 1971. Hence the connection between the two.

Now if I slip in the phrase "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars" innocently into a sentence, then please begin to cast your suspicions.

Hee Hee
