Newbie in oracle92 install

I try to install oracle92010 on my Linux(8.0), which support chinese,
and the locale environment is "zh_GB18030", I can't setup
the DB instance during install. When I try to run "dbca"
after I finish the install, it diaplsy all chinese
character as letter "o".
