Problem with Oracle HTTP Server after Oracle9iDS install

I download the Oracle9iDS and ran the Complete Install of 9.0.2.0.1
Before the Oracle HTTP server was working fine.
After install I cannot start Apache.


Get the error "The dynamic link library OCI.dll could not be found"
How can I fix this ?


It is no where on my system (Win2K).


The database still works fine.
