Export "safe" database for use on the internet

We are going to make a copy of our database and then clean the database
(records that is not going to be exposed for everyone is going to be
deleteted). Then I want to copy the database to a database server on the


"outside". I then want to copy all documents from the document server to the

"outside" (of the FW).




Does anyone have some tips, links etc ?
