Ura,
You didn't mention your Unixware version, but I think you should carefully
read Metalink Note 30877.1. It tells you which Oracle version is certified
against which Open Server/Unixware version, and also if OS patches are
needed, and where to obtain them.
I suppose you have good reasons to install 7.3.4, it being unsupported since
a long time.
