Assuming that you probably meant how much the space used by allocated extents would be reduced.

The answer depends on how you want to reorganize the tablespace. Did you mean export/import? 3rd party tools reorg (aka Quest)? Implementing a LMT?

Knowing that, you may be able to calculate the resulting space savings, only that it is very tedious and maybe not worth the efforts. You could try this and thus find out. Check the 3rd party tools, they may be able to calculate that for you - but you need to pay for the tools.
