It works in Mozilla 1.1.

Netscape 4.7 leaves out the center text (the part that starts with the TechieOracle in white on blue). Probably slow loading in Netscape because it was formatted in multi-level tables by MS FrontPage, and Netscape used to wait until the entire page had been laid out before displaying anything.
