Some errors are not really install errors. If a make file is current then
you see these errors. I did an install in Linux saw the same two errors. You
can run the particular makes manually and see their outputs. I ran them
manually and the outputs said that make didnot have to do anything but
Oracle install will show them as errors when in fact they are not...
