You might look at TOAD. It has a lot of "views" of performance data. Expensive for the "current" version; free for an "older" version (that you have to download every so often).

You might look at Oracle's Performance Pack ... an expensive add-on to Oracle Enterprise Manager. It has a lot of "views" of performance data.
