This name DBA_AUDIT_STATEMENT is a bit misleading. It "lists audit
trail records concerning GRANT, REVOKE, AUDIT, NOAUDIT, and ALTER
SYSTEM statements". If you audit on the system grant and issue
something like "GRANT DBA to scott", it will be recorded in this view.
Yours is an object grant and you want to look up DBA_AUDIT_TRAIL for
auditing records.
