As Daniel said, this is a huge subject. What you find on the Internet will most likely be bits and pieces of the whole thing. Pick up a few good books, such as the ones written by Ralph Kimball. This DW guide from ORACLE has some basic DW concept and a lot of good materials on powerful ORACLE features that can be used in a DW environment.
